Social Media Resources for Nonprofits

I researched and compiled social media resources for my nonprofit organisation and particularly my new communications officer who I expect will start working in a couple of days. Instead of just keeping it for my colleagues, I feel it is a generous act to share with those who need them. I hope you find them helpful.
